Pure Consciousness opens like a vision of paradise suspended between earth and cosmos.
Birdsong and the gentle murmur of water form the living foundation of the piece. These organic sounds merge seamlessly with expansive space ambient drones and wide, glowing synth pads. A shimmering harmonic layer glides across the surface, creating a luminous atmosphere that feels both natural and celestial at once.
There is a duality at the heart of the composition. On one level, it evokes a vibrant and radiant landscape filled with greenery, flowing water, and the quiet harmony of nature. On another, the music expands outward into vast, infinite space. The drones stretch into a horizon without end, giving the impression that the listener is standing at the intersection of forest and universe.
The immersion is complete. Each element blends into a cohesive whole, creating a sense of weightlessness without losing warmth. The synth textures glow softly, never overpowering the organic field recordings. Instead, they elevate them, turning simple sounds of nature into something almost visionary.
Human Is Alive, the project of producer Pavel Lipatov, has been steadily crafting ambient and chillout landscapes since 2019, drawing from classic ambient, soundscapes, and new age traditions while continually seeking fresh emotional textures. Under the collaborative banner of Humans From Mars and Man From Mars, Lipatov joins forces with Igor and Boris Beuk to explore melodic, emotionally resonant ambient storytelling. Across their projects, the shared intention remains clear: to create music that invites reflection, positivity, and a renewed connection to the natural world.
With Pure Consciousness, that intention feels fully realized. The piece is immersive and expansive, carrying both earthly beauty and cosmic wonder within the same breath.
