Soft synth pads unfold with delicate restraint, their harmonies carrying a trace of melancholy that never deepens into despair. There is longing in the tonal color, a quiet wistfulness, yet the atmosphere remains gentle and composed. The reverbs stretch into a dreamlike expanse, blurring the boundaries between presence and memory.

Caleb Cobourn has described the title as beginning playfully, a hypothetical question that gradually revealed unexpected depth. That evolution can be heard in the music itself.
