Playback

Audio does not start

1. Check that media volume is turned up and that audio is routed to the intended speaker or headphones.
2. Close other audio apps and reopen Humina.
3. Confirm the device has enough free storage and restart it if needed.
4. Update Humina from the App Store or Google Play.

Background listening

Keep Humina playing

Humina is designed for background audio. Start playback before locking the screen. Battery-saving modes, force-closing the app or manufacturer-specific Android battery restrictions may stop background playback.

On Android, allow Humina to run in the background if your device presents that option.

Purchases

Restore Plus or Pro

1. Use the same Apple ID or Google account that made the original purchase.
2. Open Humina and choose Restore purchases on the subscription screen.
3. Wait briefly for the store to verify the subscription.

You are not charged again when restoring an existing purchase.

Subscriptions

Manage or cancel

Subscriptions are managed by the store where they were purchased. Deleting Humina does not cancel a subscription.

Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Humina.

Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Humina.

Trial and billing

Purchase could not be completed

Check that billing is enabled for your Apple ID or Google account, the payment method is valid and in-app purchases are not restricted. Store sandbox or TestFlight purchases may behave differently from public App Store purchases.

Humina cannot directly change store billing decisions or issue store-side refunds.

Professional use

Using Humina with clients

All music and nature recordings made available through Humina are original works produced and recorded by Linnunrata Productions. Artificial intelligence has not been used in the creation of any content licensed through Humina.

No music, sound recording or nature recording included in Humina has been licensed from a third party. The works and recordings have not been registered with any copyright collective management organisation. Linnunrata Productions exclusively owns and controls all applicable copyrights and related rights in the music and recordings.

Subject to the applicable Humina Pro terms, a Pro subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use the content as background audio at one registered professional practice or one registered client-facing location. The licence does not transfer any copyright, related right, title or other ownership interest in the music or recordings to the subscriber.

The Pro licence covers background playback directly through Humina. It does not permit copying, extracting, distributing, reselling or adding the music or recordings to another production without separate written permission.
